My room smelled like someone was there the whole day smoking cigarettes although I selected a no-smoking room. It was truly disgusting.

The location of hotel is close to train station and is convenient for us. The room is very clean and each staff is kind.

Disgusting ????
The location was the only good thing. It was close to the car rental place.
The room was gross. The carpet was discoloured, the desk had scratch marks and stains all over it, everything smelled like smoke and the bed was hard. I’ve stayed in many different business hotels before but this was the worst one by far. All I expect is for things to be clean and it didn’t even meet that expectation. And I paid like $200 for it lol. What a joke.
